Will best suit individuals that would like a space to communicate their present feelings, thoughts and emotions with less direction but, with empathy and no judgement.

Will best suit you if you are finding it hard to process past traumatic experiences. While exploring these past traumas, we will also look at how this may be affecting your current emotional state.

Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT)

Will best suit you if you’re a task focused individual. In CBT you will be taught tools and mechanisms to improve, manage and control your emotional stress and/or behaviours including anxiety, depression and Obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD).

Will best suit you if you have reached a place within your life where you have begun to question who you are. If you have also found yourself having an usual low level of drive. Wheather this is related to health problems and/or an unexpected change in your life. Existential Therapy will support and empower you to find yourself and reach your highest potential.
