Our team prides themselves in our craft and adheres to the BACP Ethical Framework, To ensure we remain up to date and provide the best level of counselling and psychotherapy for each of our clients.
It is our aim to provide a non-judgemental, warm and welcoming environment, which supports the development of a professional therapeutic relationship. This in turn can allow each session to become a safe space for sharing, resolving, building upon and strengthening the wellbeing and understanding of self.

Charlene Archer is the managing director and founder of Mindfully Kind. With vast experience in the health sector Charlene previously volunteering with the Samaritans, working with clients suffering from depression and anxiety.
To gaining a Foundation science degree in Healthcare Practice. To begin working with the NHS in 2014 as an associate practitioner with patients with dementia, multiple personality disorders, depression, anxiety and bipolar disorders.
Later, moving into the Corporate Nursing department, working in the safeguarding and mental health team. Moving on to studying for her Bachelor’s of Science Degree in counselling.
Charlene is now a registered member at the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. As trained, qualified integrative practitioner, which means that she has combined multiple theories and found her own style of working as a therapist.
